1. Quality confirmed by sample pack: Before your official order for the volume demand, you can check and confirm the quality of products firstly through placing the sample orders in our sampler pack page.

2.Quality check before confirming order delivery for the payment process in the Alibaba: You can check the quality of the tea after you got the physical tea firstly before you confirm your order has been received successfully in the system for the payment process.

3.Satisfaction guaranteed by return policy: You can refund, return or exchange your purchase if find it defective within 10 working days after you confirm your order for the payment process in Alibaba. Details please refer to our page about the refund, return or exchange the products.

- Why do you use the Express Shipping to deliver the order but not other shipment method?

1. Goods shipped by Express could make sure they are traceable, and it minimizes the risks on missing the goods. Moreover, the Express courier will make compensation even if the goods are missed during the transportation. Please refer to the Express company’s website for the express you used for the detail compensation policy. Instead, the shipment by the small packet, such as the postal package, e-packet, etc, there will be not any compensation in case the goods are missed, and the arrival time of the goods is not guaranteed.

2.The arrival time of the goods is guaranteed by Express Shipping. It can ensure the goods arrive at your side for your demand in time, and will not impact on your sale schedule. Simultaneously, it can maintain the greatest degree of freshness for the teas.

- Why do you choose the EMS or DHL for shipping, but not other Express company?

1. EMS and DHL is our cooperative partners and they are giving us the most favorable discount, which is benefit for our customers in the freight cost.

2. The EMS is good at the customs clearance in the countries all around the world, which can ensure the tea go through the customs in time but not be blocked by customs for inspection, such as, England, Israel. Thus, it will not impact on the arrival time for the goods at customers’ side.

- Could you use other shipping methods to deliver the goods, such as, the e-packet?

- When could I receive your goods after I placing my order?

1.It takes around 2~5 working days for us to prepare the goods for shipping.

2.Usually, EMS or DHL need spend around 7 working days on delivering the goods to the appointed destinations.

- Could you arrange the shipment by Ocean or by Air?

It is not recommended the shipment by Ocean or by Air for the small order, as the freight cost is more expensive than the one by Express. The expenses including the customs clearance fee, storage booking fee, etc.

1.Will you give me the discount if my order is bigger?
Sure. There will be special discount for those orders quantity larger than 10kg, and the more order quantity, the more favorable discount and services offered. The discount price: The different order quantity would be with different discount services. Details please refer to our discount policy. Services: The shipment by Ocean or by Air is applicable when the order quantity is bigger than 100kg, which will help customer to save the freight cost.

2. One-on-one Service would be offered for those customers with orders quantity larger than 100kg. The one-on-one service including the OEM service; individual quotation, i.e., make the quotation as per customer’s specific request.

- Products
1. Could you offer other variety of tea products for me if I need?
The products we published in the Alibaba window here is our most popular products currently, but it does not mean that we only have the 25 kinds of products. You are welcome to read our product list for the tea you need if you could not find the one you required from our wholesale list here. It is sure that you are free to reach our customer service team for more detail if it is necessary.

2. Why don’t you publish your other products in your Aliwholesale page here, as those showing in your FML website?
The reason is to ensure the consistent supply of our wholesale products. Some of products can only be supplied with bigger order for 
our big customers, and they need be ordered specially with specific MOQ. For such kind of products, we have not enough stock to supply consistently. Therefore, we withdraw the products from our wholesale page to avoid any inconvenience caused to our wholesale customers due to the inconsistently supply.

- Policy on the refund, return or exchange the products:
1. The system will refund your money automatically if the goods were not delivered in time, or you cancel your orders.
2. Within 10 working days start from the moment when you received the physical goods, we guarantee to refund your money if you were not delighted with your purchase. But, you need return the goods in the original packaging and pay for the freight cost at the same time. To avoid such kind of situation, we would suggest you to buy our sample pack to check the quality firstly before our volume order.
3. You can ask for a refund if you could not receive the goods within 15 working days start from the point of dispatching the goods by Express. Other shipment methods appointed by customers would not be included in the policy here.
4. If the goods were shipped mistakenly, different from the sample pack, or shortage, or missing, damage in transit, please kindly showing us with relevant evidence, such as pictures, and we will check to confirm the ownership of the liability within 10 working days. Simultaneously, the physical goods need be returned back in the original packaging within 5 working days after the liability confirmed.
