GREEN TEA
It is called green tea due to the green color of dried tea, tea soup and infused leaf. Green tea is produced without fermentation process for minimal oxidation and quality change. The category is widely popularized in recent years since it retains the most natural ingredients of fresh leaves and have many beneficial effects to human being. A good green tea is usually brewed with boiled water at around 80 to 90 ℃ in a glass mug to perform the stretching and floating of the tender leaves.
